Placed an order online with Buydig.com, received an email confirmation of order. Wanted to see if it shipped but their website won't recognize my username/password. Called their number, no one answers, no music either. Finally someone answers, transfers me to someone else, now on hold again, forever. Mind you I paid $50 extra to have it shipped delivered it tomorrow, guaranteed.

I have dealt with many online venders, but this might be at the bottom of MY own experience. I don't dig Buydig...

Good Luck let us know how it works out. Myself I just stay with B&H Photo I can always reach them and get quick answers they have never let me down. It may cost a few bucks more but I don't like surprises and not being able to reach people I am trying to reach. Just my thoughts. Again hope it works out well and Good Luck.

Ordered my G7 from them. Used their free shipping option. Received the camera 2nd day.

They are the best online camera store I have found so far. Always get item within 2 days, and prices are the lowest.

Similar (and unusual) problem with Amazon last week. No tracking data .. but it did arrive on time.

Likely the volume this time of year stresses the systems.

You might consider waiting to see if it arrives before complaining. Just a thought.
 
Please keep in mind, my "complaint" wasn't about the delivery only. It was the poor customer service, being locked out of their website, etc. ; )
 
I bought my Canon from them earlier this year without any problem. And it was my first time using Buydig. I would buy from them again.
 
Buydig.com is one of the very best vendors for cameras, along with beachcamera.com. Both of their reputations are immaculate. The merchandise will ship, and you will get it, almost certainly on time. Just hang in there. Some of the automated tracking stuff doesn't always work right. You should get some acknowledgment soon. Keep trying on that.
