Photographers Guide to Capture NX discount code?

Help!

I think I losing my mind, but I swear I saw a Nikonians discount code in an email for the PDF version of the eBook "The Photographers Guide to Capture NX" earlier this week.

I go to purchase the book today and I can't find that code anywhere!

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone can provide it.

I just ordered the book (CD version) and am really looking forward to receiving it. I couldn't find a place to enter the discount code. Where did I miss it?

This discount only applies to the downloadable version. I don't have a coupon code program with my CD-ROM provider currently.

I have just bought a copy of your downloadable version (about a week ago).

In the thread at that time I asked if anyone had a code, was harangued by one person implying that I was a cheapskate for checking if discount was available.

I then recieved a reply from you saying that the coupon box on the order form was something that was set up as standard by the people who maintained that form and that it was not applicable to your ebook.

Forgive me for being p* d off when I now read you giving 10% via that very coupon box, since I not only paid full cost but also VAT on top.

Interestingly, even if you apply the discount code, the website still charges VAT on the base price, which I think is incorrect under UK VAT legislation.
