What is your D-SLR Setup?

Canon EOS 350D
Sigma 18-50 EX F2.8
Canon 50mm f1.8 Mk11
Canon 85mm f1.8 USM (Lovely Lens!)
Canon Speedlite 580 EX

Next purchase? Hmmm longer tele zoom - maybe Canon 70-210 f4 L or Sigma 70-300 Apo if funds don't allow it! Otherwise a wide zoom from Canon or more likely Sigma.

Also tempted by an EOS 400D upgrade - not because of Megapixel chasing, but because the AF is supposed to be better.

update(not that anyone cares:))

Canon : 300d plus kit lens and cable remote, Had a 50mm and Tamron 18-200 but they got stolen

Oly 5050
Ixus 50
External hd, 6gb of cf cards 1gb sd 600mb xd
various odds and end.

I am thinking of what Lenses to get next I may get another 50mm but will get another prime probably wide. Dont know about what zoom to get though another 18-200 is very tempting. And another body is always tempting (I got camera buying adiction lol).

Canon 400D + EF-S 18-55 kit lens, BG-E3 battery grip, Sandisk Extreme III 2GB.

'Tis a nice camera, but I really need to save up and get some more lenses. Probably something that covers the 50-100 and/or 100-200 range. The Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro looks nice...

Body:
Rebel Xti

Lens:
canon 10-22/3.5-4.5 - landscapes, fun shots
canon 18-55/3.5-5.6 - general purpose (will replace with 17-55/2.8 IS)
canon 70-200/4L - telephoto, outdoor sports
sigma 30/1.4EX - indoor, low light
canon 85/1.8 - indoor sports, portraits

I usea a XT, not the XTi.

lenses:

50mm F1.8 (rarely used) portrait, low light shots in the woods, indoor, churches etc..

Canon 400mm F5.6 L: mainly birds but also wildlife.

Canon 80-200 F2.8 L: mainly wildlife and some macro.

2 teleconverters, a Tamron 1.4x and one 2x that I use with my 400mm F5.6 L mainly when I need more reach.

the infamous kit lens that I use for my landscapes..

10-22mm which I very much like for landscapes and architecture, especialy at 10mm range.

my wish list:

300mm F2.8 L IS for wildlife..to get a great bokeh when taking wildlife in the field and great speed for my moving subject..gee it,s not obvious at F5.6! too slow.

Hi all you 300D/350D/400D owners,

Please tell me what your D-SLR system consists of and what you use
each lens primarily for. Since I currently only am one lens strong
mine is a great example but for the sake of completeness:

. 400D
. Canon 50mm 1.8 - Used currently for everything will be used for
portrait photography and available light indoor situations once I
expand my lens set.
. BW 52mm Circular Polariser

Cheers,
Oz.

I have both the 30D and XT, but I'll go with the XT for this post:

Kit lens - because it came with the camera and is good for its lightweight, wide angle capacity

50mm 1.8 - low light lens worth every penny, and used mainly for portraits

28-135MM IS USM - my all-purpose lens (didn't want the 17-85mm IS USM since I already had the kit and didn't need two lenses with the same wide angle capacity)

Canon 10-22mm lens - WOW is all I can say to this one, wide angle par none

75-300mm III - the lowliest lens in this range (already had it from my slr film days), it serves as a decent zoom but I rarely use it, mostly for moon shots but that's about it

Battery grip - wanted this to help balance out the XT, but also for the extended battery life

I have other lenses but this was my initial set-up for the XT.

350d with a Sigma 20mm f1.8 and Canon 50mm f1.8
gosh, i miss my sigma 20 already....

sold it. i loved the lens, but the focal length wasn't agreeing with me. plus, although i liked the size and weight, i found that it was too obtrusive to take out to bars and parties etc. so i traded it in just a week ago...

digital rebel XT

EF-S 18-55mm f/... kit lens
EF 50mm f/1.8 II
EF 28mm f/1.8
EF 28-135mm f/...IS
SIGMA 70-300mm f/4....APO
SIGMA 10-20mm f/...

in my ideal kit i think i'd replace the 28-135IS with a 24-105 f/4L IS, get the canon 10-22 instead of the sigma (just because it costs more and money is no object...i like the sigma) and replace the sigma APO with a 70-200 f/4L IS... that'd be sweet

but i'm not made of money here...
