Cordless Remote for Sony Alpha?

Hi,

I can't find a corless remote for the Sony Alpha D-SLR on the Sony website (only corded remotes with cords of different lengths). However, I just can't believe they don't make one. So I ask the experts... tell me it's not true!

I did a search for "cordless remote" in this forum and didn't find any other threads on this; please forgive if it has already been discussed.

There is no wireless remote for Minolta-Sony at this time.

There was a wireless remote at one time for Minolta cameras, but it didn't work with later minolta bodies.

third party cordless remotes are available for a100, but they are rather hard to find thesedays, there was one seller who was selling wireless remotes for the alpha, but im not sure if he is still doing it.
