I uploaded the identical 15 digital images from a recent family vacation to ofoto, shutterfly, and dotphoto. Shutterfly seriously underexposed, and dotphoto overexposed, ofoto got it just right. Dotphoto took over two weeks to ship. Ofoto was the best.

Paul...I did sort of the same thing. I uploaded to dotphoto and it took over 3 weeks to get my pictures. Mine were a little muddy and skin tones were off...they seemed a little yellow to us. The wife said flatly "No way" and after their service, I said "Never again."

Photoaccess was a much better experience. Good prints and fairly good delivery time. Was a little more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Just my thoughts. Cheers...Bill, the FoosBallKing

I started another thread on this before realizing you started this.
My experience between ofoto and dotphoto was similar.
I had 1 4 X 6 and 1 8X10 done at each.

dotphoto 4X6 was just OK - good for family snapshots only
ofoto was excellent - almost too good for family snaps.

dotphoto 8 X 10 was a waste of money and time
ofoto was superb

dotphoto tool 3 weeks - bye dotphoto

I found that DotPhoto was very slow to ship and skin tones were way too pink. Won't use them again even if they were free.

Just a question - did you do any corrections on the photo before sending. I correct my photos in photoshop to my liking and have gotten good results with both Shutterfly and Ofoto. I had a large 24 X 36 poster collage done at Club Photo and the results were outstanding. I haven't had a chance to try 4 x 6 prints with Club Photo yet.
