Problem with Aperture 1.5.1 download

A shot in the dark: dowload from macupdate.com or macminute.com.

On my MacPro, when I open the upgrade DMG, I get a "Error verifying
Java script in package" message. I've made multiple separate
downlaods to no avail. Thoughts? thanks...Peter

The installer only works if Aperture is installed directly in the main Applications folder, if you installed or moved it anywhere else it will fail with this error.

Cheers,

This is strange. I tried to download 1.5.1 at Uni as I very quickly run out of download at home, alas didn't have the serial number with me when asked for it. But...at home, software update did include the update without typing the serial. I have the full, bought version of 1.5 installed at the time.

sent you a couple of e-mails to the old and new address. Pls let me know if you got them. Haven't seen you here for a while, new website look good, wish I could contribute.
Cheers Suby

I had put the program in a folder to save the serial # with it as I always do. Apple didn't like that and punished me accordingly. Yet another glitch was I reloaded my original 1.0 before I realized what the issue was, and got "your computer doesn't meet the minimum standards" and it wouldn't open! (Macpro, 5GB ram, upgraded video card!). I did the 1.51 upgrade, and it works! ahh, computers.....Peter
