Yet anothe grey overcast day here in sunny Florida. I am thinking no pictures today. Being as stubborn as I am I took one anyway. I think this shot was actually helped by all the grey in the scene.

David Davies - You're right of course Jim. Some of the most appealing water colours I've seen have used earth colours with just a dash of single colour. They look natural and striking and I think the same holds good for using the greys of nature.
Yep, that little bit of red does stand out. I like that shot Kinda been gray here too the last couple days !! I did go out & take the Halloween decor down
