Having a cold one!

Thanks Larry,

I took quite a few. I'm going to try to put in a link to an album if I can get it done.

Randy :-)
Hi Randy, These are of better grade than the mouse in trap :) And
what lovely shots these are. Love them all, Thanks so much Randy.
with respect,
Larry

Thanks Dogleader,

I'm hoping to get up there and try a few more before the ice melts.

Randy :-)
It was cold on Friday morning. Cold enough to finally get some
(fog, steam, mist) on the lake. (What is the correct term?) I got
up early and headed out to get some pics before I went to work.
Here are a few of them. I am hoping to put a bunch into an album
with a link. I took 150 that morning. I had to go back into the
van four or five times to warm up.
Thanks for freezing to bring us these great shots, I like the one
with sunrise and frozen branch on the side the best. DL

Thanks Michael,

That cold one looks mighty inviting to me! Are you one of those having a cold one? I will have to take a peek at your down under tour album. It might warm me up a bit.

Randy :-)
Hi Randy,
Brilliant photos... very spectacular!!!

This is the closest matching 'Cold one' photo I have taken lately.

Well it is summer here! :-)

Hi Randy,

No I was just the photographer... no time to stop for a drink. [although I actually don't drink beer or wine... nice clean filtered water does me fine. :-) ]

I took 400 photos for the day and the 28 on my website are just a small selection.

Let me know what you think of them.

Yours sincerely,
Michael Offe,
South Australia.

Love the closeups of the ice coated branches. Hasn't been cold enough here in Jersey for scenes like that. Interesting effect in the last shot -- I like the fog & clouds.

Hello Randy,

These are really incredible images. I enjoyed each one of them.

Keep the Jack in the van huh, I always carried a flask, LOL nice photos. DL--Dog Leader 2100/B300

I really like them all Randy. But the last is my favorite. It is very dramatic and appealing. Thanks for sharing.

Happy shooting, Rick

Lots of sunspots on this one though.-

There are many closeups with sparkles in the ice.

All are really nice Randy, but I like the first the best overall...

Keep them coming!

my best,

jim

Thanks Alan,

Seems like the temps have been above average everywhere. We've only had a few real cold days.

Thanks Dogleader,

A bit of Jack that morning would have tasted pretty good. Put a bit of warmth back into the body!

Thanks Rick,

I put a couple of different views of the last one in the album I just posted. I think this one here, other than the big sun flare, is probably better though.

Randy :-)

Randy,

I am really enjoying your continued attempts to prove to be the "Ice King" with your stunning photographs of the heart of winter. All the photos were great, but the two below are really special, particularly the first one below. Can't wait to see the entire album, and glad you're crazier than me so that you can stay out there in the cold and take these great shots.

Best regards,

Robert
