Ive had my G6 getting on for about 18 months now i think, and yep I like it lot, although it can be slow at times. And im still learning to use it!

Took me about a month to choose the G6 as It was a Toss-up between it and the sony DSC-V3.

Anyways with all this talk about the G7 i though i'd post some G6 pics. BTW i was disapointed too, maybe cos my own idea what i hoped a G7 would be was ALOT diffrent froms canons, ah well...

Here's are a few ive taken, the pumpkin shot was taken using the canon 1.75x TC hmm must use it more.

Using simple "save for the web" in PSE3 to downsize, i know not the best but quick and easy :-)

Oh btw to the other G6 own out there, why do all (well most of the ones ive used) RAW programs give the G6 RAW pics the wrong white balance. They all seem far too warm, it only canon's Imagebrowser that gets it correct.

I think the G6 pictures speak for the quality of the G6 very nice pictures. I have a G5 and it still works great.

All very nice and I like the colors and details of that duck.

G6 is still a great camera, slow but if you can anticipate what your shot will be, its not really that slow.

Thanks for sharing.

Very nice pictures. My favorite is the 'Duck', good detail and colors.
