Why is it fuzzy?

"Fuzzy" is the wrong word to describe this image. There is no "fuzz." It has bad contrast. All you need to do is make simple adjustments to the histogram.
I took this one of my dog. I like it but can anyone get rid of the
fuzz



please no jokes about the dog being fuzzy I put this on another
forum and got tuns of them

You have already seen what can be done with this shot, but here is the easy fix:



This is an easy fix. Create a levels adjustment layer. Set the white point and black point and adjust the brightness.

Something is still off with the pictures here and when I play around with them as well - the lower half of the picture has an odd out of focus with the dog's hair...it could just be me.
