Keh sold me a lemon

I, too am a satisfied customer of KEH. I've purchased many lenses, no problem. Even some of the items in one of their lower categories hardly have a scratch on them.
 
I've ordered a lot from KEH. There packaging is great, their customer service is excellent, prices are on the high side, and they rate their used equipment very conservatively. With all my experience, I just can't believe what you are saying. Sorry man, peddle it somewhere else.
 
i also agree, keh is easy to work with.

I don't know why you didn't just call them up direct.

How did you pay for the item? I assume it's by credit card, in which case you should have called your credit card company!!!

I find your story lacks credibility...it looks like you just joined the forum to spread evil stories...

I've been happy with keh in the past, and i'll continue to do business with them in the future.
 
I've spent about 12,000 with them over the years all on used equipment and with 0 problems.
 
I've bought quite a few products from KEH, ALL of them in bargain grade, and none have ever been defective. The only problem I've ever had is when I bought something and they had already sold it. Other tha that, noting but favorable experiences. I would rate your situation as unique and not in the norm. KEH packages their products securely, in layer after layer of bubblewrap.

I thiknk the OP joiined this forum in the hope of stabbing Keh in the back because he was too confused or lazy to follow common sense rules. In the process, he's done Keh more good than a half dozen full page ads.
