Nice pics! I've been there, just below, on the street, in some shops and taken busses from the big station too. Must go again some time.
Pics 3,4 and 6 look very HDR like - have you compiled/edited them in photoshop. It looks as if you've extracted two pics from each raw - one for the sky and one for the ground and compiled then nicely. Very good looking.

but only 3 pic is HDR from Photomatix.
All pics is from RAW and next little correction in Photoshop. I use "Light and shadow" tools becose I dont have now polarized filters.. yet

Skies like those can be boosted in PS by selecting them using the selection> colour range & the using auto levels. This gives an exaggerated sky but this can then be brought back to the required level by using the fade command.
The same trick can be tried with the other auto commands ,colour & contrast. Of course these commands can also be adjusted manually but using auto is a lot quicker.
