Any help on finding a good Hyperfocal distance chart for the CP990?

I'd like one with a good range of zoom positions. I'm also looking for a chart with the manual distance settings for the infinite with the Nikon tele/wide converters.
Thanks, Viamar.

This probably won't give you everything you want but might be a start Try here...Dave

Thanks for reply, but the photoproject chart is useful (for me) only for the two indicated Hyperfocal distances (I'd like to know hyperfocal at more f/stops). Anyway, I still have not found any chart with the correct infinite settings for the 990/950 with the add-on lenses WA-63 , TC-E2 and TC-E3 (I have found, for instance, the infinite setting for TC-E2 at about 4-6 feet)

If you know programming, I have all the necessary formulae on my site. Check the Depth of Field page of my 950/990/995 user guide. I do not produce a chart because I believe people perhaps do need one and because I believe it is not difficult to do it yourself.
