I would not pay about £538 (UK) for this model which has no real advance features than E300/330 with added disadvantage that my collection of Oly lenses would not look of suitable sizes when used with E400!! I think Oly have missed the opportunity to bring out a convincing model!

EUR 714 excl. value added tax. (I suppose you can buy tax-free, but pay import duties?)
I can reccommend them, good service. (although a repair situation could become problematic in the US? a bit or a lot? I can only guess...) Note it isn't in stock yet. (red squares should be green.)

Well this model clearly isn't aimed at people like you. You'll have to wait till next year for one more suited to your needs.
