I'm looking for a case to carry my A100, lenses (18-70, Sigma 70-300mm and room for a couple of future lenses), battery charger, cord, etc. I have looked everywhere and I have only found a couple of cases that barely store all my items. These cases are way too cramped!

I saw a large case that would work very well for me in Best Buy, but the case is made by Canon. Who wants to store their A100 in a Canon case? Any recommendations?

I have a lowepro slingshot aw200 - it's a backpack style case that stores the camera (with lens) and 4-5 other lenses plus flash. Also has a couple of other compartments for smaller miscellaneous stuff. You'll find lots of others using/recommending this case. Here's a link to one on ebay (with pictures):

For walking around with just one lens, I use a smaller lowepro bag - can't remember the model number right now, but I'll update later tonight when i get home.

Try the TAMRAC "backpack" series. I've got an "Expedition 3" model and it takes the camera with a the 18-200 zoom mounted, a Sigma 70-300, a Minolta 50/1.4and there's quite a lot of room for a spare battery, cards and other bits.
The larger backpack models will have even more room, of course.

I like the Expedition 3 'cos I can lay it flat on its back to get at the contents easily.

I own a Lowepro SlingShot 200 and I love the easy way to access the interior.

There is a gear comparisson article in September's issue of PracticalPhotography with 5 different cases/bags.

I have two of them and really like them. I tried the Slingshot 200 but traded it for the second Trekker.

Take the scenic route! Life is too short to do otherwise.

Go to a local shop and ask if you can bring some gear with you so you can try out a backpack or case or whatever. That's what I did before settling on the case I just bought recently, a Tamrac briefcase style laptop/slr gear pack.

I have taken a diffenent approach. I own 2 Lowepro ex160 bags. Not too big. One bag carries my KM100-400 and Tamron 90mm macro with room for assorted filters and stuff. The other is for my A100 and walkaround lens(KM 24-105). When I am out and about I have the camera around my neck and I only have to carry a small bag. Works great for me.

Have a look at some camera/gadget bag reviews here http://www.cambags.com/

I personaly use Domke F6 (for all my gear incl leads, charger setc) and Crumpler McBeins Medium http://www.crumplereurope.com/?page=details&product_line=76

for walk abouts. Its padded, allows 'fast draw' and very descrete even with A100 w/ say kit lens attached, 70-300mm, 28mm, 50mm and Xs drive inside (tight fit) - it doesn't look like a camera bag :)

I have the A100 kit plus Sigma 70-300 APO. Also have a couple of cards, spare battery, charger, lens cleaning kit, mono & tripod. I have room to spare with this back pack.

I can sure add 3 or 4 more lenses and a flash. I like this pack because I can put the Sigma lens pack in a zipper pocket. I really didn't want a case where I had to leave the Sigma cover out. There is also a pouch to carry both stands, a cell phone holder on the straps

it cost about $65.
