Is knowledge more important than imagination?

Ahhhh Fred...I must have missed any posts, showing your extreme
adversion to squirrel...
It is not a laughing matter. It involves the famous "Curse of the Squirrel." which goes back to 1998. The curse started when Hiram Cavindash took a picture of a squirrel with his Kodak. Within minutes Hiram's camera went smashing to the ground. He swore he didn't drop it but some mysterious force pulled it out of his hands. Then when Hiram started the Kodak Talk forum he warned the prospective members about taking squirrel photos. Of course there were doubters who immediately jumped into the fray and took squirrel pictures. Each and every member who did so had almost immediate problems with their cameras. This has continued to the present.

So Skutterbug, I beg of you, when you use your camera, don't under any circumstances take pictures of anything that even resembles a squirrel or a lake with squirrels in the background. If you don't heed this friendly warning at least take out extended warantee insurance on your camera. Of course in your case it might be too late.

I don't necessarily agree with everything I say.

A wristsrap would definetly help when some "obsucre forces" tries to throw the Kodak on the ground...

Wow, Fred. I didn'd know this. It means I had actually a lucky day on spring when I left my camera home and a squirrel (very cute) gave me a total demonstration less than meter away. If I had had camera with me, I probably had been captured him ... :--)
