USM with high radius.
You can play with the settings.
Looks sharper in PSCS2

This was just a quick go at it. Could be better. But doubt it will be printed 20x30...rofl
This is sized 8x10
Not print quality though.
I do have one that is full rez

It think guy had two shirts on. You can see it if you look close and use the right filter I think you can pull out the image on that second shirt.....
