His frustration is perhaps understandable but his method of handling is not, in my opinion. If he receives five annoying emails per day, that tells me that the majority of the people on this forum are NOT sending him those types of emails, so why broadcast an angry message to everyone? We could each use some civility, and that includes Phil too. As far as him doing us all a favor, I think he is running a business, and users of these forums contribute to his success by making the site as active as it is, and therefore attractive to his advertisers.True, the tone was a bit harsh, but 5 emails x how many forums a
day can become quite annoying, especially if he has to reply to
every one of them. Maybe a similar message should be posted in all
forums to balance things out a bit.
