I am struggling with the Liquify Filter and I wonder if anyone can recomend a good tutorial or documentation on the tool. So far I haven't found anything that was very complete.
Photoshop TV has a segment on using the liquify tool for portrait re-touching. It includes tips for making a face more narrow, making eyes bigger or smaller, nose size reduction. neck lengthening, etc.
The d-load is $1.99 but if you have clients with vanity about their face width, nose, eyes, etc. it is money well spent. Only problem is you have to fast forward through most of the other useless tips to get to this one at the end of the video. http://www.photoshoptv.com/photoshoptv?p=88
I got my $1.99 worth this week when a client's headshot revealed that one of her eyes is bigger than the other. a quick "squeeze" in liquify solved the problem.
Here is a very minor fix to make the eyes equal size using the bloat tool on the left eye. They are still not exactly the same shape but that is due to some re-constructive eye surgery that nade the shape of the eyes slightly different, but at least the overall size is not the same.
