Good afternoon kevin,
You picked a good one for your first one. A nice clean composition, good detail in the snow, and good contrast with the tree/fence areas not snow covered. I'm looking forward to your future postings.

thanks for the feedback... i'm an 'occasional' photographer -- but now w/digital the occasions are (hopefully) becoming more frequent.
the picture is from just out my back door. now it is in the forties, raining, and looks disgusting -- joy of winter in central ohio.

your image is very nice and has a lot ofthe winter atmospphere - I dfind also the composition is nice too so don't worry, you don't haveto ask to be nice - your image does it for you
