400D lens question

I currently have a Tamron SP AF28-75mm F/2.8 XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) for a walk around lens. Would this lens do as well on the 400D as it does on my Canon 10D.

It should do as well if not better on the 400D with its better focusing system.

If it's sharp now, it will sharp at the 400D and maybe a bit sharper because of the higher resolution of the 400D
