How does someone go back 6 weeks to a thread that is burried and somehow decide to reply to it without really adding anything to it??? Its not like they are reporting how something turned out a month later. Just some random post to bring the thread back. I see this happen all the time and just can't figure it out. Are people doing random searches for stuff or what????

All sorts of shakeup troubles over there since the site founder took command of his baby again. TOS changed, memberships with monies paid for subscriptions "downgraded," sarcasm/harsh talk to subscribers from the owner, just bad news all around. It's a shame.

Forums are still good places for tech info.
 
Well, I would think if y'all are unhappy with it, no one is forcing you to go to that website. Heck, I'm really trying to figure out what hidden agenda the OP has about this. Not very subtle.

If you must know, I am a subscriber to Photo.net and they had been down for a few days. I simply did a search here to see if there was any discussion as to why they weren't online. The link in the thread was dead and I simply asked if the OP had a copy of it. Seems logical right? Obviously not to you who felt the need to chastise someone for using the search features on DP rather than start another thread. Life is full of many more intriguing enigmas Kiran, I'm sorry this one caused you so much distress.
