First thing that jumped out at me is the hairlight hitting her right cheek. Raise that up a bit so the shadow can be more natural.
Other than that...Looks pretty good to me.

What are the ratio's? I think that I personally would like to have the hairlight toned down a bit, though it looks great highlighting hte hair, it's a bit intrusive on the face ... IMHO.

Main light (1m softbox) f8, hair light (reflector with grid) f16.
I agree with Chef that the hair light should have been a little higher. Maybe a softer light at f5.6 behind the model's left shoulder would have separated her from the background a little more too.
