Here is one of my favorites of my daughter. She calls it her fisherman shot. She picked her own clothes by the way. It is colorful anyway. I shot this with my CP5000. The camera was tripod mounted and connected to a SB-28 speedlight via a SC-17 cable. The flash was bounced off of a 42" umbrella on a lightstand. The flash was in TTL mode and angled at 45 degrees. There was a Photoflex 42" soft gold litedisk on her right side and she held a 22" soft gold litedisk in her lap to eliminate shadows under her chin and brim of the hat. I shot it against a solid white background because I wanted to replace the background in photoshop later. However, here I wanted you to see more of a raw image before editing to display the camera's capability and not my ability to use software. Enjoy.

Good afternoon Tim,

Thanks for sharing a fun picture. Yes, it certainly is colorful. I assume the softness is on purpose?
