Hey folks,
My D70 and I were in a car wreck up in yellowstone and the camera's on/ off button was stuck in the on position. It would not budge. It still worked but I just couldn't turn it off without taking out the battery. Needless to say I forced it to the off position and snapped it right off. Now all I have is is a naked shutter button and worse is that it is stuck in the off position.
Any way, I got a d200 and haven't looked back. I was just wondering if there is a market for my broken d70? I'm not interested in getting it fixed cause I'm sure it would cost as much as a nice lense might. Do people use old cameras for spare parts, modifications etc? Just wondering if I can get anything for this pretty paperweight
regards,
Erik
