Below is Malinda working in my store on Halloween. Though she was quite enchanting, I felt the scene called for more...........

Hi Alwin, Aw, you guessed the pun on the firts post. I'll have to try harder!

Thanks for lookin'! I'm working on a Nosferatu now (thanks to David Picheven of the Sony forum for my inpiration on this one.) I'll be posting the Nosferatu in the Oly SLR forum as I made it from an E-20 image.

Hey what's with the bull head on the brick wall in your gallery? Seems weird and kinda cool........

Robert,

Did I miss something? I thot you traded in your 707 for a G2 sometime ago... Did you acquire one again recently?

Hi Tigadee, No, I still have the 707 but it is going back for a BFS fix. Hopefully it comes back in better shape with no other new flakiness installed. The 707 is too cool a tool to be with out. It (as are all other digicams) is not perfect, but I work around the short comings and shoot with an Oly E-20 as well. The Oly too has some peculiarities that send me at times to the 707. They make a great pair.

I almost went for a G2, but went E-20 instead. The quest never ends..............
Have fun and keep shooting,
Robert

Hahahaha, glad to know I'm inspiring someone! :))

I loved working on that picture. This is the most interesting stuff to me. And I'm up for a "movie" challenge anytime :)

sometimes photos are good just the way they come out. But a tool like Photoshop is really part of the digital darkroom, as others say.--My photo galleries: http://www.pbase.com/davidp

My mistake, I was thinking of Robert Holloway. :-)

That's great that you see the cameras as what they are: Tools for the photographer, not a brand or model to be totally and unconditionally loyal to.

Yeah, tools.... I even loaded my film camera last month, though it is taking me a while to use up one roll of 24!

Also, time to get a film scanner with Digital Ice. The only real answer for dealing with thousands of slides and negatives from my grandfather,my father, and I. Now for another lifetime in which to scan them!
Best,
Robert
