I have been at Niagara falls, and the immense mass of water plus the night lighting made a great subject - 17-35mm and 70-200 helped, as did steady support; shutter speed between 15 & 30 seconds, at f8-11. A couple daytime to start:
  • rainbow over the falls

  • mist and its maid

  • orange drop

  • blue

  • below the falls at night

  • journey behind the falls

  • american falls in red, blue & yellow

hope you enjoyed! best regards,

Vieri

I lived close (30min) from the falls when I was a kid. Great memories... Thank you.

Vieri - great job. My favorite is #4..that small bit of artifical light/man-made stuff at upper left adds scale, and I love how it's overwhelmed by the soft, natural force of the water.

'That's what Jagulars always do,' said Pooh,
much interested. 'They call 'Help! Help!'
and then when you look up, they drop on you.'
