Risque Italian Art...Offensive or Not?

I have debated the merits of showing this Pano that was taken at a recent pool party at my younger brother's home in Moncton, N.B., Canada. My twin brother, the chap on the left, recently arrived home from a tour of duty in Belgium. While on vacation in northern Italy, he picked up what he referred to as "Italian Art Wear," which he, his wife, my Mom, and my younger brother are demonstrating in the photo below. My apologies if anyone's sensibilities have been offended. God, please forgive them; they are of Irish persuasion and the fire water can take them from time to time off the beaten path. Cheers. Ah, now Sharpening.....as if exposure, lighting, colour, composition and focus weren't enough to worry about....the journey continues.
 
As it is our Mom who is generally the hub of good taste and upbringing, and she does not mind, how could we?

By the way, my mother (aged 77) loves "Married with Children" although she does feel sorry for Buck all the time....

Not so much 'offensive' as desperately sad.

Sad that, while young children are blown limb from limb by Western manufactured weapons even as we speak, these people abandon themselves to decadence and drunken semi-pornographic revels.

Shame on them - and shame on you for posting the tripe.
 
I'm glad the light was good, to catch them in all their splendour. Nice pic Don, good to see there is still people with a sense of humor.

I truly think your right Don, way to seriously. This is not the place or the time for further discuss off track posts.

Politicks should not enter in to our fourm. Photographers have no politicks to voice their lens see's what it see's and captures the truth of the moment

I agree that the forum is not the place for politics, but I don't think that photographers simply capture 'the truth of the moment'. They frame things, they present a particular angle on a subject... they can be economical with the truth.

I beg to differ with you about the 'Western Mfg. weapons'. Let's see...those weapons going into Israel I believe were supplied by Iran and others...not from the "Evil West" as you portray. I'm just as guilty as you posting this here which is not the place to discussing such things.
