I have that lens and you're better off with a lens like Sigma's or Tamron's 18-200. This was my walk around lens during my Maxxum 7 film days. The quality is not that great. By the way, everytime you see a "DL" in a sigma lens, it usually means "DeLuxe". IMHO, DL lenses are the lower versions and are usually cheaper. But it all comes down to budget, right? In that case go with the Tamron XR series. Good luck!
