D80 is proof D90 is on the way!

D50/70/80 not pro cameras and D200 pro? The pro is the person who might need such and such feature depending on what they do, that's all.

D200 is fast, weather sealed and got more pixels, this is enough to justify this model even if I am sure there are much more to say about the D200.

Now, do you think you will be able to tell if a picture A4 size has been taken from a d50 or a d200 using the same lens? I don't think so.

Again, lense is the point and also some features pro like to see on the body they use every day untill the shutter dies.

We are in a world of egomania develpped by so called semi pro photographers.

I think that the next is D80s, all is a play of marketing, this will be have 1/8000 and maeby other little feature, for can stablish the level of price, the D80 in 6 month more maeby is 20% or 30% more cheaper than today, and the companies need maintain the prices in the level, so this is the way for make it. Never he can show all that he can make, business are business.

Is only that i think. Anybody think the same than me?

There may be a replacement for the D50 before the D80s comes out.

Probably a D50s or D60 - but at least a year before it happens.

Features - couldn't even guess, but less than D80.

Or maybe the D80 shifts down, and the next prosumer camera is a D90 in two years.

Inbetween there will be some pro cameras. Maybe FF ?
