I would like some help and advice please. I am looking for a new high spec pc that is very quiet if not dead silent(this is very important). It will be used for photo editing and games, what kind of spec should I be looking at and do you know of a good U.K. based vendor to build this pc. I have 3k to spend maybe a little more if required with monitor included. Thanks in advance.
