Sync PS between two computers

Is it possible to sync Photoshop and other programs between two computers.

For example if create an action on my PC I'd like to transfer it to the laptop.

With Easy2Sync you can set all kinds of directories to sync. You then create a sync group to include the individual syncs. From there it's one click to keep the two systems uptodate, or you can even set it up to sync whenever your Desktop "sees" your Notebook on the net.
