Yes, ...It's been a while. ;-)I do not compare cats with dogs, only with reason. Cat do not
"feel" any emotions, positive or negative (well, maybe they can
feel disdain for us). Cats are consumate predators. Cold, without
emotion or compassion. If you anthropomorphise this, tsk tsk. It
is a misinterpretation of behavior.
Don't want a condescension contest( tsk, tsk),...but you are simply wrong on this.
No anthropomorphing needed. Nor reason, for that matter, ...simply un-predjudiced observation. In spite of you confirmed "anti"-status, you would be hard pressed to fit what you could observe at my place into your preconceptions.
Speaking of your own experience is one thing, "eye of the beholder" and all that... but such dogmatic assertions presented as statements of fact are really statements of ignorance(no offense intended,...there is much unknown to all of us ;-)
The "consumate predator'" label is simply a compliment,...they are very good at what they were designed (by?) to do. To assume/declare that that is ALL they are is a simplistic reduction to fit your basic premise.
I would expect you to agree with the idea that your not having personally seen something is not proof of its (His) non-existence.
I assume that you catch my drift.
