Just follow the links from the Adobe website.

. . . The DL and Install was fast and painless.

"Slowness", mentioned other places, does not seem to be much of an issue here. Once all the testing/debug code is stripped away - RC level - it should be as fast as any other image software.

Slow. Push the custom white balance button and it just sits there indefinately and reads "Working." C1 will still be my bread and butter RAW processor.

START / CONTROL PANEL / ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS - UNINSTALL

Because YOU can't figure out how to use it - it "sucks"? Maybe it's NOT the software that does so?

How do we spell B E T A ??

anyone know if Adobe will integrate the Raw Shooter technology into this program?

Let's start with slow, then move on to unstable (crashed), and finally we'll end with unusable.

IMO, and this is after a very short experience, LR is a waste of time right now. I tried it on a 2GHz Centrino laptop with 2GB of RAM and while I can see that it will have potential in the future, it takes too long to do anything right now.

I'll give it another shot when I have a few hours, but for now it's not going to the head of the pack. We should all remember that the final version will not be released almost a year (9-10 months if we're lucky, but...) so everything we see now is pretty rough.
