I have coolpix 885. I took pictures with FINE mode and sumitted to ofoto.com for 4x6 prints. Every portraits came back with very pale skin color. It looks so much better on my screen. I heard some good things about ofoto.com, but now I am thinking I am better off getting a color printer. Any comments? I would appreciate if you recommend me a printer. Thanks in advance.

You can get great prints if you do it yourself, but it can be time consuming and takes some effort to get it right. I tried EZPrints and was dissapointed as well (I used them because they are one of the few processors who accept files on CD ). The pictures were just ok, and they were very slow (I think this was due to the fact that I sent them a CD)

Try dotphoto.com. I have submitted several orders with them and they have been flawless. They are also much cheaper than OFOTO and give you 60 free prints with your 1st order. They do not have online editing.
They are much cheaper and easier than printing.

You also may want to check your monitor's settings--the prints may be OK and your monitor may be off.
