The MSN rebate is associated with Microsoft Passport. The rebate is up to 100 dollars. You get a 20 dollar rebate for every hundred you spend up to a 100 dollar rebate. You also have to order from on-line stores that are registered with passport.
I know Ritz Camera uses passport, and when you checkout you check out using passport. You basically register your credit card with microsoft and use you passport ID to check out.

No. They say you will get real money (a check) in Jan after they send you
