I would wonder if the boundry would be "for commercial purposes",
which your shoot was, it seems.

I don't think they are provacative at all. But could see where someone might not want to be around such an event. She should have walked away.

There are people out there who think that they can push their fellow human beings around with confrontational language. I had someone try to chase me out of a public park for taking pix........I chose not to have a confrontation and slinked away. Shame on me but there's a time and place for every confrontation.

Would she have accused you of something worse if the subjects were young kids? Nuts!!!!! All I can do is laugh at the foolishness. A lot of really sarcastic responses come to mind for the next time this happens:

"These are my wives, all of them...."
"Care to join us...?"

Americans are so prude! Sex is so taboo, that its alright to see people stabbed, murdered, shot, rapped etc. than to admire the human form. And there so hippacrittical (sic) too. For example, the government who is trying to censure nudity and the like approved to have naked girls painted on "WAR" machines during WWII. That was the 40's. have we progressed?

I think it should be mandatory for every american to visit 'anywhere' outside of the United States. The wonders of the world are not just in the US, but the entire planet. Soldiers are dying to provide the very freedoms we enjoy to other countries. However, the freedoms they are dying for, are slowly being removed here in America.

It's a Shame!

but that wouldn't make it one. The question was more or less serious. Why present a disclaimer that it's editorial given the way Virginia has codified privacy?

You may have a release for the models but when offering up the other person to public ridicule (which is apparentlygoing to be prevalent here), do you really expect your disclaimer to work?

So by escorts you mean prostitutes? That's what they look like, were the shots you displayed the most provocative you took? I doubt anyone would be drawn to a web site based on the shots shown in this thread...

My point is you may have created more of a scene than being portrayed here in this forum. Even with clothing on your models shout cheap hooker and you being the photographer were the authority figure of the group and may have been looked on as the girls pimp. The mean lady that got in your face about what you were doing may have just taken a stance of "we don't need any cheap hookers on the beach" when she went at you.

I have a question though, why did your looks come up in all this and what part does it have to do with what happened? Also what does having an ex that was an adult film star have to do with your looks or the subject at hand? It puzzles me when facts like these that have nothing to do with the story come out...
