Very nice shot. Wonder whether a bit of perspective correction to get the leaning tower straight would make it look better.

It's a very nicely exposed skyline.

Did you add the sky? It seems a little earlier in the day than the skyline.

Which lens did you use?

Er well, I guess, shift the camera angle down, the horizon up. This would also correct perspective on the buildings as you would then be holding the camera level, not pointed up.

There were too many boats (stationary ones) in the harbor which I wanted to avoid. So I took more of the sky which I thought added a bit more depth to the photo.
 
I actually like the 1st version you posted best pretty much all around. Yes the sky could be better but I know HK and it's surrounded by salt water and asia in gen is very humid. I think this shot is VERY good, compered to mine :)

Great shot. Very nice reflection. The one suggestion I could think of is to change the time of shooting to a little earlier when there is still some color in the sky. There is a time after sunset when the sky turns blue - last for a short time in HK.
