. . . . I put Askey's name in the subject line of my post in the hopes that his "Askey sensor" would pick up the thread. Maybe, just to be sure, he should be informed of out desire to get JP back. My hunch is that the DPW system has erred somewhere and Phil thinks JP is unbanned but the system thinks otherwise.

Perhaps a way to do this is to hit the "complaint" button for your post and then fill in what we're up to.

he doesn't use his cameras (so they're out too!)

and he didn't help many people (outside of selling them something. Non of this type either...)
So why want him back and why would he want to? His motives gone now.

What is it? His funny storys, annecdotes and charm?

This is typical of the inane utterences on these forums.. half the people acknowldge they don't know who Jim is but "he seemed a good guy.. here's my vote"! Like sheep.. lemmings!

The last thing i read from JP was an offer on 'the other site' to sell your gear for you over E-bay for a percentage. That's JP... 'the trader'! He doesn't go in for many Q&A posts over there.. in fact he doesn't post much over there in spite of the 'nice climate'. And now you want to bring him back here for him to carry on 'not posting'?

JP (and Arlington Cameras) need this like a hole in the head.

JP could have revisited here anytime he wanted as Jim Porter2. Also, he could have spoken under his wifes registration and thanked you himself.
