Here's mine. Well, perhaps not my best, but one that I'm personally quite fond of.

Do you have any to post?

did you wait out the sunset until almost dark? I find that clouds like this tend to catch fire about 15-20 minutes after the sun actually dips below the horizon - but only for a couple of minutes.

This is an example of what I mentioned above. This was about 20 minutes after the sun dropped below the horizon.

Awesome shot, Jerry.

Mine would have been taken well before you took yours I think. In fact I'm sure I used quite a fast shutter speed.

My shot was taken in a yacht car park, next to a wharf.

and the lead-in makes it even more interesting.

Did you have to use a tripod?

Interesting thread... Probably sunsets are one of my favourite subjects... So I have so many sunset pictures that is difficult to choose between one of them...

But is easier to choose between sunrises... Doesn't happen very often I wake up so early... LoL
This is my best sunrise (hope you don't mind it's not a sunset...)

Ciao, Davide

I have my favourites then I have the ones that seem to sell well:
All taken with my F828

(sorry about the watermarks :-) I was too lazy to re-upload :-D)

Everyone always likes this one beacuse of the colours:

This one is totally different but people like the wave:

This one and there neaxt one were from one of the most amazing sunsets I've ever seen , and ever photographed, the colours and clouds were awesome (these are both stitched with 3 or 4 photos, I have a 60inch canvas of teh last one hanging on my wall :-))

Several I like alot (sorry, I'm lazy too, and didn't re-upload these to my better photo host, so they do suffer compression artifacts):

Everglades is my primary sunset location...since that's what's immediately to my west!:

But I have seen a few awesome Caribbean sunsets while on cruises (debatable whether I captured them well though!):

I thought this one was unusual...not the usual reds, oranges, and yellows...instead, blacks and blues dominate...but it had an odd grandeur to witness:

And this was one of the stranger ones I've ever seen, over Disney's EPCOT center:
