The last one reached the 150 post limit again so lets start a new one.

Please remember to post your pictures by replying to the first post in this thread and changing the subject line to give your pic(s) a unique title (plus date of posting).

Comments are very welcome - they help to move things along and give feedback to those who post their pics here.

For newbies WDYSPT? means "What did you shoot/process today?" and the "today" is the date on which you took, posted or processed the pic -- it doesn't have to be the same day as this thread started.

Best regards,

We are having frosty days here in New Zealand but there are still a few young blooms around.

Two 7D owners and members of DPR and Dyxum got together earlier this week in Auckland. I am the old codger on the left and one the right is JL-photo (DPR) or Kleptolux (Dyxum) who has his home across in the US of A, but is a native Frenchman. Jean-Louis Ecochard was on his way to the Solomon Islands and decided to have a stopover in New Zealand.

Needless to say a good old chat was had about photography and forums. For my only shot I used the 10 sec timer, 7D and 28-75 D with a little nudge from the onboard and some additional fill in during processing.

I've never been a big fan of bug shots [too much information], but the technical aspects fascinate me.

This M100/2.8 is not an easy lens to use, but it can provide some interesting pics.
