I just managed to get this lowepro bag: Slingshot 200AW. It was out of stock for sometime, and I got it when the stock was replenish.

I was using the offtrail 1 and served me fine until I got the A610 with another flash, meant that it was not enough. I used my old SLR shoulder bag, to put all the stuff, but it kep swinging around when I am taking pics...(you know macro, bending here and there) and had to quickly change camera for diff occassion. So in the end got this bag.

I am just to post some pics here, as I had some problems searching for pics myself and searching for options, so its a sharing of pics for pp interested....THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE BAG.

Pics of the bag is here:

Thanks,

Take the pic. We got things to protect u from.

It is a great bag, I got the 100 which holds my FZ20 plus the tcon, wcon, mcon and extras.

I know that I will be getting the 200 at some point, but I like the slightly smaller size of the 100 for now.

It is great that you posted all the pics, people who are looking for a bag are getting a super view of just how handy that bag is.

Looks like you got it loaded,, i use a Off trail 1 for my FZ30 & a Tamrac 5692 for my A620, Tamrac 514 for my FZ15,,,I been trying to E-mail you for 2 days, and it won,t go through,, Please send me a e-mail at [email protected] so i can get a e-mail to you,,, Thanks Ron

Thanks for posting these. I've had my Slingshot 200 AW for about 6 weeks now and can't image how I managed without it.

I don't have multiple cameras as you. But by the time you gather theTCON-17, the MCON-35, a WA lens (B28) the Sunpak 383 flash, spare batteries for the flash, flash diffuser, a few backup batteries for the FZ30, Polarizing Filter, ND filters, spare SD cards, most camera bags become a little crowded. (Smile)

Wow- you do have a lot of equipment to pack, but with the quality of the pictures I see you post- well worth it! I have already outgrown my bag and have a flash on order which will make matters worse- time to upgrade my bag too...

Thanks guys.

Just saw another person layout ina different way and followed suit......and yes, i think it works better!

I rotated the center divider clockwise (looking from the bottom of the bag)

Its more accessible now.

With camera

Without
The contents are more visible and hence accessible now

Yes it does look better, lot of stuff in one bag,,,,but do you realy want (all your eggs in one basket??) may be=== but i like seperate bags for my cams, but as my add-on list grows i will need different bags,,, one reason is my wife generaly has the A620, thus the need for each cam & its bag,,, just my idea??? Ron

I have the Tamrac Velocity 7. I have outgrown it, so I went out this weekend to look at the AW 200. I liked the extra room in the AW 200, but I thought that the Tamrac Velocity 7 was easier to sling to the front and grab the camera. So, I bought a couple Tamrac MAS accessory bags to attach to the Velociy 7.

The medium MAS bag is on the left. The small MAS bag is on the right. These are easily removeable if I want to slim down.

Here is a top view. In the main compartment is the FZ30 with the lens hood attached. In the left compartment, I have the Sunpak 383 with the Omnibounce attached. In the right compartment, you can't see it, but I have the DMW-LW55 WA converter at the bottom. On top of it is the battery charger. In the top cover, the black stripe seen under the camera strap is a zippered pocket suitable for cables or a tiny tripod.

In the medium accessory bag, I have the Ultrapod II, the Daisy MaxView RDS mounted on the Xtend-a-Sight, and the FZ30 owner's manual. (The medium accessory bag is big enough for the Sunpak 383 with the Omnibounce attached.)

In the small accessory bag, I have the Canon 250D close-up lens, a circular polarizing filter, and the case for the UV filter that is on the FZ30. (Tamrac also has a filter case that is the same as the small case, but wider. It will hold 5 filters and has padded dividers between the filters. I didn't get it because the small case was enough for me.)

Finally, a view of the front zippered compartment.

Sorry the pictures aren't better, but I am also working OT. I am posting in between having to reboot routers. ;-)

Well, having 2 small kids, and being the only camera user dictates me to do that.
