Yup it does look like good soil. Soil here is very Red Clay too. Especially out of the city limits.

It does look that way. I think I was about 15ft away. I felt a bit uncomfortable but well worth it. Thanks Jody. I hope you got your Xmas scene figured out. Looking forward to seeing more.

I agree about a possible wide angle distortion to make the scoop look much bigger in proportion to the rest of the machine, if that is what you had in mind.

Nice shot Larry. I have quite a lot of experience operating machinery myself. And I am most impressed with this gentlemans ability to operate without tipping over his beverage bottle to his right. It takes a pretty smooth operator. Thanks for sharing.
