D2x Focus Issues Question

Well, I am still very nervous to see in which state my camera comes back.

To be honest, I am not very confident as these guys do not seem to know what the problem is (or they don't tell me). And I NEED my camera very badly...

Cn anyone tell me what the setting Wrap on is ? i have done a search on it and cant find anything.
is it something so obvious i am going to be embaressed when given the answer.?

cheers

Ralph
Which firmware version do you have. I remember a focus issue with
D2X being handled with the first firmware upgrade.

Hope this helps.

Unless you suspect the lens is causing the problem. If your focus issues occur with every lens you have then it would indicate a body problem. In that case, you don't have to send in any of the lenses.

This setting allows you to move from the active AF sensor frame from the rightmost to the leftmost (and vice versa) by pressing right on the selector. It just wraps round from one edge of the screen to the other edge and saves having to press multiple times to get from one side to the other.

Simon is correct... With Wrap ON you can just keep pressing one direction, and the select points will come around the other side, other wise they will stop, and you need to press the other way. Some like it some don't. I do not use this function.
