Is there a way to download my pictures as jpeg from my 20D directly to my PDA from Qtek model 9100.
With the IPOD video comes a camera connector.
Perhaps there is something simular available for a PDA.

I looked at the specs for your phone/pda and it has a miniSD slot. You should be able to copy pictures to the miniSD card and then use them as wallpaper or view them. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply.
My intention is to download my pictures from my 20D camera to the Qtek9100
Any suggestion how to do that whitout using a computer but by directconnect.

I am not sure about doing that. Does the QTEC have a USB port?

Then you may be able to transfer pics to a folder on your phone/pda. The challenge will be to get the pics to transfer to the right folder in your pda.
You can check the manual or call QTEC tech support for more info.

Size of JPEG resolution may make a difference. I think the best thing would be to call QTEC tech support.

Problem is many PDAs cannot function as a USB host to allow them to download pictures directly without a computer. You might indeed check with the tech support for QTEC. I read somewhere about a device that connects between a PDA or portable hard drive and a camera to download pictures.

There's two types of USB connectivity, host and "client".

A USB pendrive for example is a client, your USB port on the PC is a client or host (you can do USB networking for example).

The USB port on most PDAs (and smartphones) are clients, they can only connect to a host and do stuff, they can't connect to client.

The only PDA's I've seen which can do both are the Toshiba E series, but that required a special host cable.
