memory card qualities......

OK....this might something from left field, but check out the two pictures. The flower was taken with a fujifilm memory carrd (with less light)and the people picture was taken with an Olympus memory card.

I guess I don't understand your point. The pictures are different, but so is the light. They were taken at different times of day, under vastly different lighting conditions, and they are completely different subjects. I don't think, in this situation, you can attribute any difference in perceived quality to a difference in brands of memory cards.
 
the cards are all manufactured by the same companies (toshiba and samsung) and get a different sticker depending what company they are going to be sold under. The only real difference with the Olympus is a proprietary bit of code hidden in the FAT that identifies it as an Olympus card. It allows for panoramic mode to be used with soem older Olympus cameras.

More like the twilight zone ... if you are implying that the cards do anything but simply store the bits. If a card corrupts the photo, it will not manifest as a subtle change inthe quality of the lighting.
