Hello daye,
the best thing to do is to call Kodak's service and ask them. On some previous posts, turn around time could be, more or so, a week for US. On the other hand, I'm in Canada, and sent mine on Oct. 30th for stuck pixels and I haven't received it yet. They said 3-4 weeks. So, I'm still waiting.
