Is there a better/cheaper way of charging my 350D's battery in the car thatn paying £69.99 for the car charger?

Thanks

At least in the U.S., a low-power DC-to-AC converter that plugs into the car's accessory outlout (aka cigarette lighter) is extremely inexpensive. You can plug your battery charger into that.

Hi Shane

I brought a DC/AC 12V to 230V transformer which you plug into the cigarette lighter and then you plug your 13A plug top into that. I think it cost me 35 pounds, it is also helpful for charging your phone, Ipod and laptop.

Not sure where I brought it from could of been PC world or Halfords, hope this helps.

Thanks Rchard

That sounds a good idea, I am having trouble finding one on the net at the moment, but I will keep trying!
