Anyone know anywhere in the US I can get my hands on one of these reversing adapters? Seems that they're backordered (no surprise, it's Nikon equipment!).

Oh yeah,

I forgot to mention that Paypal (and by extension, eBay) and I are not on speaking terms (long, annoying story). Anyone know any NON-eBay sources?
