Although I don't write much, I usually try to look at all the pictures and enjoy reading everyone's comments and critiques. Since we haven't heard much from you lately and knowing how much you like the bells and whistles, I thought I'd give you something to comment on ;-) Glad you enjoyed it!

Here is my contribution. Camera: G6, minimal PP including resizing and removal of minor "blemishes" in the water. Sorry about the picture size; I couldn't seem to get it to fit nicely in the frame.

 
All the shots are terrific but the clock pic is my favorite too - and aren't we all trying to stop time? :-)

Love those icebergs. The black background on the first really makes it stand out. Were these taken on a cruise to Alaska? I'd love to go there and see these for myself :-)

That first shot is outstanding! If you don't mind my asking, what camera and settings did you use? I'd love to be able to take sharp pictures like that at night - great exposure. I like that blue door too and Jesse's pretty cute in blue :-).

... but please don't chew up the entries thank you! I will be out of town until Friday night and will be dependent on someone else's computer while I am gone so if you don't hear from me much in the next few days that is why. I will try to check in on the challenge as often as I can and I will definitely get some commenting in. Thanks to everyone who has been commenting right along, I think it is the life-blood of a challenge like this. I do have to say that the images so far look fabulous, you are all coming up with some very creative entries, keep up the good work! Sharon

CJ, The camera for #1 was Canon G6. You know, I can't remember if I used tripod or not. It was post processed in Photoshop to bring out the shadows which I think make the shot.

1/6 sec at f5.0 with matrix metering and 25.1 mm focal length
